Hand Make Solid Wood Viking shields. All shields are made to order with 3/4" cabinet grade pine plywood and an 18g galvanized steel boss. Shield back is unpainted and handle is cut directly into the plywood for easier handling and to allow for flush wall mounting. Recommended as decoration but will stand up to basic battle and fun (against non-metal weapons). Please use good judgement and care. 24" shields are 23.5 inches in diameter and weight about 8 pounds. 30 inch shields are 30 inches in diameter and weight about 12 pounds.
